How Do I Search for Products on Swago.ca?
To search for anything on our site, simply click the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner and enter your search term(s).
How Do I Get an Instant Quote for a Product on Swago.ca?
After selecting a promotional product, you will see your SWAGO PRICING DETAILS grid similar to the below. The quantity box will automatically default to the lowest possible quantity that you may purchase of that product. Changing the quantity field (either by clicking the arrows or entering a number) will adjust the unit price and final total dynamically. A sample of this is shown below.
How Do I View Taxes and Shipping Costs on Swago.ca?
Once you have selected your product and its required options, please click the “Add To Cart” button. If more than one product is desired, continue adding products to your cart in this same manner. Once you have all of your product(s) in your cart, please click on the shopping bag icon in the top right or click the “View Cart” button if it is available. On the Cart page, you will be presented the shipping options available to you.
NOTE: You may have to enter your shipping address details if you do not see any shipping rates.

PLEASE NOTE: Even though we are showing UPS rates, Swago reserves the right to switch carriers (not the level of service) at its sole discretion.

How Do I Check Out My Order on Swago.ca?
To check out your order from the Cart page, simply click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
How Do I Complete My Order on Swago.ca?
On the Checkout page, please confirm all of your order information and ensure you have entered your personal details so we may contact you about your order. Your payment details are also required on this page. To finalize and complete your order from the Checkout page, simply click on the “Place Order” button.

Will I Receive a Confirmation of My Order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with all of your order details for your records.
Will I Receive a Proof for My Order?
Yes, you will receive a proof for approval from Swago emailed to the email address entered on the Checkout page. Please reply to that proof email as soon as possible to confirm a release of your order for production. We will permit a single round of changes to your order at no extra charge. Changes thereafter will incur a $15 charge for each additional round of changes.
How Does Credit Card Payment Work on Swago.ca?
Swago will pre-authorize your credit card for the amount of your order when you send in your order. The capture of the actual charge will occur after confirmation of inventory levels of your desired product and colour choice AND after you have approved your proof.
